Articles of Impeachment: Finally! By: Carol Dunn |
| |
There’s reason that Dennis Kucinich is loved by his constituents and people across the country. In the vacuous waste that is Washington DC, Dennis may be the only representative that actually does the job of working for the American people.
And now he’s busy on what may be the most important task in the country’s history, trying to stop the criminal enterprise that is the Bush administration from going any further, and holding them accountable for the crimes of which they are guilty.
Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced Article of Impeachment for President Bush on June 9, to the relief and satisfaction of the American people. Now if the rest of Congress would honor the oath they made to uphold the Constitution we may see justice. Not that impeaching Bush will undo all the wrong that has been done, but it is the first step to getting the country back on track, and retaking control from the shadow government that the Bush administration represents.
But Dennis can’t fight this fight alone; he needs all of us to do our part. If you support impeachment you need to call you Congressman and Senator and tell them to support impeachment. Let your representatives know that this isn’t a question of left and right, it’s a question of what is right and what is wrong, and that if our elected officials refuse to support the American people that they will loose your support.
The time is now, act before it is illegal to do so!
Because Kucinich’s efforts are not getting much press it made sense to reprint the Articles of Impeachment here so you could get a look at them. But note, * the following are the Article titles, the Articles themselves are quite specific, detailed and shocking, hopefully reading the Article titles will be enough of a kick in the pants to get you to seek out and read the entire document as presented to Congress.
